1. No Show and Cancellation Policy

All chemical services will require a $100 deposit to book an appointment. Deposit will be reimbursed for any cancellations made before 24 hours of the booked appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours or for No Shows, the deposit will be forfeited in full for compensation for the missed appointment.
NOT responding to text/email confirmation is NOT considered cancelling the appointment, clients must contact the salon to cancel.
Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. exemptions will be made through management only.

2. Late Policy

Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call us at 905-821-2400 if you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, and we will advise if we can still accommodate your original appointment.

3. Refund Policy

Our goal is for each client to have a great experience at our salon. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:

(a) Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within five (5) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please schedule an appointment at the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

(b) Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within five (5) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.
